Tila's was offering this high quality and respectful presentation style long before anyone else was in Houston. A true original that doesn't get the credit it deserves for helping to mold the food scene in Houston today.

Today the truck was parked in front of Midtown Park. We tried the beef torta and "taquilla" (taco and quesadilla creation), and the fresh guacamole with chips. The torta bread was toasted nicely. The taquilla meat was seasoned so well. I like that they serve the tacos with fresh key limes. The lady taking orders was very nice and helpful. Not sure what happened in the past with her, but today she was very pleasant. We will track this truck down to try again.

I ordered up and down the menu and found nothing that I didn't fully enjoy. The truck was parked for three hours and there was a line from beginning to end. I enjoyed watching Tila handle the crowd like the Pro that she is. If they have the coconut flan, grab it - you will not regret it. The shrimp taco was A+.

I absolutely enjoyed my food from this truck. They were my first stop at the West Houston Food Truck Festival last weekend. I had a beef fajita torta that came with tortilla and banana chips. I also had the black beans and rice. Everything was amazing and tasted fresh. I will definitely seek them out again.

Very impressed with the food. Esquites, and grilled red snapper taco, were delicious. Great customer service as well, they are friendly and welcoming. They made me feel like family. I love the look and the stile of the truck. You will not regret a visit.
